Some of these seem to use Loop Start X modulation, but I haven't tested this on my EPS16+R yet.Wow! So these are 24 total stock transwaves instruments from the MR? The files that share the same name are the multi-sampled parts that belong to a single transwave instrument? One useful thing I haven't done and just remembered would be to include the number of frames in the transwave. Here are the MR transwaves, as wav files with loop points set, and a file giving further details of key mapping, etc. SCSI to CF “Blackbox” interface for samplers |
MANUAL AWAVE STUDIO MANUAL FULL
In any case, my hope is that I can find at least one if not two separate solutions (like an early ZIP drive that I can back up on a compatible HDD) to get around the very annoying 720kB limit on the EPS 16+.I’m really good at sampling and looping, but sometimes I just want a long loop, drone, effect tail, etc in full 44.6kHz fidelity that takes up the memory.or the occasional multisampled instrument.currently I have to resample a lot and downsample loops to make them fit on a disk, as my EPS doesn’t seem to have the option to span multiple disks (PLEASE correct me and tell me how if I’m wrong!!!!).Don't suffer.
MANUAL AWAVE STUDIO MANUAL WINDOWS
I cannot back up on the computer as my SCSI card only works on Windows XP, and the Win7 ones seem to be 10x more expensive than the older WinXP ones.don’t want to spend $300 on a SCSI interface for my samplers tbh. I had a HDD go with my MPC 2k classic and I lost over 7GB of hand-made, personal samples that were mostly irreplaceable. ZIP disks via SCSI would be great, as I could save 50 full memory dumps per disk (2MB) and if one disk dies I don’t lose everything. My next idea is to attempt the ZIP 100 drive I currently own, but since it won’t even work with my much newer EMU (think it has the clicks of death.) I am not optimistic. Shows “bad device” or something similar (its been a few months since my last try). So far I’ve purchased 3 HDDs, and have had to send them all back because they show up as SCSI drives but cannot be formatted in the EPS. As I understand it, the Ensoniq SCSI unit is very very picky when it comes to what HDDs/CDs it will function with. I DO have SCSI in my unit, as well as the full memory expansion (which of course requires the SCSI upgrade), however, and this is a big problem so far, I have the original factory upgrade, not one of the newer aftermarket solutions.
